This petition is filed to condone the delay of 119 days in filing the Review Application as against the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.1751 of 2024 dated 30.01.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within a period of three (3) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any reference to this Court.
