ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition challenging the docket order of returning a petition in unnumbered Crl.M.P.No. Of 2025 dated 22.05.2025 and to direct the learned Magistrate to number the petition.

2.It appears that the learned Judicial Magistrate has rejected the petition, without even numbering the same. The grounds on which the petition was rejected are also not proper. The learned Magistrate ought to have numbered the petition and ought to have rejected it with some proper reasons. Therefore, the impugned order dated 22.05.2025 is set aside. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Santhankulam is directed to number the petition of the petitioner and thereafter, take a decision. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is allowed.
