ORDER
The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the first respondent to permit the petitioner to operate the account. The second and third respondents have filed a counter affidavit and supporting documents. It is admitted by all the parties that there was an election was held on 03.01.2016 which has been challenged by some members in a representative capacity in which the respondents 2 and 3 are the defendants in the suit. Now they have made objection to the first respondent stating that the petitioner or the elected office bearers should not operate the account. Based on the same, the first respondent is not allowing them to operate the account. Therefore, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the above said relief.
2.The first respondent being the bank will only consider the representation of the petitioner after giving notice to the respondents 2 and 3 will pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks regarding the permission to operate the account, as the election is already over.
