Prayer in CRL A(MD)No.422 of 2022:

To call for the records and set aside the judgment dated 29.06.2022 passed in Spl.C.No.8 of 2014 on the file of the Special Judge for Prevention of Corruption Act -cum- Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni and allow the appeal.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMANATHAN.AN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7891/2022 in Crl.A.(MD) No.422 of 2022, dated 12.07.2022.

Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9646 of 2022 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
