Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent and MR.K.ARUNRAJ, Advocate for the 2nd respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to A2 / accused in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15138 of 2020 on 22.12.2020. .

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the FIR has already been closed as mistake of fact and the notice was served upon the defacto complainant.

3. Recording the said submission, this petition is disposed of as infructuous.
