ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that the warrant issued by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in E.A.No.4 of 2024, has not been executed by the respondent Police, has filed this petition. 1/4

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submits that the warrant is only a bailable warrant and they have informed the respondent in E.A.No.4 of 2024 to appear before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Madurai.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent Police shall obtain an undertaking from the concerned person, who has to appear before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Madurai.
