2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to unfortunate situation, the petitioner could not comply with the said order within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the time is extended for a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
