ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.A.S.Alaudeen, Advocate for the Petitioner, Mr.A.Albert James, Government Advocate for the 1st & 2nd Respondents and of Mr.Mohammed Shajakhan, Advocate for the 3rd Respondent, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time period of repayment of the amount as directed in Main Petition in Crl.O.P(MD) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD)No.9877 of 2022 No.4803 of 2021, dated 25.04.2022, by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to unfortunate situation, the petitioner could not comply with the said order within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the time is extended for a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
