Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to changing the tariff connection of the petitioner electricity connection S.C.No.1987 TF - V into TF-IA and shifting the petitioner house electricity connection S.C.No.885 into in front of the petitioner house by considering the petitioner representation dated 10.12.2015.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to change the petitioner's electricity connection in S.C.No.1987 TF - V into TF-IA and shift the electricity connection in S.C.No.885 to in front of the petitioner's house by considering the petitioner representation dated 10.12.2015. 2.It is seen that the petitioner has already made a representation on 10.12.2015 seeking for the said relief. Therefore, it is for the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.

3.Accordingly, the Writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
