ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.160 of 2021 from the file of the third respondent to any other competent investigation authority, which is under the control of the second respondent for conducting an impartial in this case. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case had already been transferred to the Cyber Crime, Nagercoil, for investigation.
