ORDER
This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent herein to dispose of the petition/complaint dated 26.12.2024 with regard to the illegal transaction of the properties belongs to the petitioner.
2. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's petition/complaint dated 26.12.2024 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
