The learned counsel appearing for the appellant University submits that during the pendency of the Writ Appeal, the first respondent, student, Wosongam Ningshen S/o.Mayoshang Ningshen, Khamlang Village, Kasom Sub-Division, Ukhrul District, Manipur - 795 142, has taken a Transfer Certificate and left the present appellant University and therefore, the present Writ Appeal against the order of the learned Single Judge, dated 12.01.2018 in W.P.(MD)No.19319 of 2017, has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above, this Writ Appeal stands disposed of as infructuous.
