Mr.K.K.Senthil, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3.The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 01.07.2015, 31.12.2015 and reminder, dated 27.02.2016.

4. The case of the petitioner is that he joined duty as Junior Assistant in the Wakf Board Office, Chennai and in the month of September, 2009, he was transferred to Sivagangai. Thereafter, the respondents used to pass termination order and appointment https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order once in 89 days for denying the benefit of continuity of service. According to the petitioner, he continued in service up to May, 2015 and thereafter, his name was not included in the appointment order. Hence, he made a detailed representation to the respondents on 01.07.2015, on 31.12.2015 and reminder on 27.02.2016. But, there was no response from the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition for the above stated relief.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer made in this Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.07.2015, 31.12.2015 and reminder dated 27.02.2016 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
