PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.634 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.6 herein, who was arrested on 10.06.2023 for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 395 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.634 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 1/3

2.The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant's version is that on 10.06.2023, at about 7.15 in the morning, when the defacto complainant was going to his work, three persons way laid him. At the knife point, they robbed Rs.15,000/-. On the gathering of the neighbours, all the three persons fled away from the place of occurrence. Hence, the complaint. 3.The petitioner, who is the first accused has been arrested and remanded in judicial custody from 10.06.2023. It is further seen that the petitioner was also arrayed as an accused in Crime No.1494 of 2021, which was registered on 29.12.2021. Symbolic arrest has been made in the above said case also. 4.Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is of the view that this petitioner is not entitled for any relief from this Court at this stage. This petition deserves to be dismissed.
