: Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in CIN U 65110 TN 1921 PLC 001908, dated 29.01.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent to sanction and disburse educational loan to the petitioner to pursue his MBA Post Graduation course within a time frame.

O R D E R

This writ petition is filed challenging the communication of the 4th respondent, dated 29.01.2016 and consequently direct the 4th respondent to sanction and disburse educational loan to the petitioner to pursue his MBA Post Graduation Course. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he has successfully completed BBA Degree course in the year 2015 and thereafter, he joined MBA Degree Course in Sree Narayana Guru Institute of Management Studies, Coimbatore and he applied for educational loan to the 4th respondent, but it was refused on the ground that he is not a meritorious student.

3.Heard the rival submissions and perused the materials available on record.

4.It is seen from the records that the petitioner has already completed two years MBA Degree course. Hence, this writ petition has become infructuous.

5.In the result, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
