The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondent police not to harass him under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that based on the complaint of the 3rd respondent, an enquiry was conducted in CSR No.718 of 2025. The allegation against the petitioner is that he had borrowed money from the 3rd respondent and had not returned. Since it is money dispute, the enquiry was closed on 05.07.2025.
