ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to issue patta in his favour in respect of the property situate in Survey No. T.S.No.81/2, Ward-C, Block-VI of Rajapalayam Town, by considering the gift deed in his favour dated 06.05.2022 and his representation dated 17.03.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, the subject property was settled in favour of the petitioner under gift deed dated 06.05.2022, by his mother and others. Based on the said documents, the petitioner submitted the said representation on 17.03.2025, seeking issuance of patta. The same has not been considered. Hence the petitioner has come before this Court.
3. Learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is failed to file proper online application. Therefore, his request has not been considered.
4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion in the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file proper online application which was considered the same and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other interested parties.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
