The petitioner claims that he is running a cool drink Shop at Santhai Gate, Marudur Road, Samayapuram Kannanur Town Panchayat, 1/4

Manachanallur Taluk, Trichy District. With a grievance that the respondent, namely, Executive Officer of the Town Panchayat is attempting to evict him, he has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition, to forbear the respondent from dispossessing him from the said shop.

2. Mr.P.Subburaj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondent has not issued any notice so far as against the petitioner and in the event the respondent/Executive Officer of the Town Panchayat finds that there is any encroachment, they will certainly follow the due process of law before evicting the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
