The petitioner claims that he has submitted a representation on 14.06.2023 before the respondents 1 and 2 to measure the land and fix the boundaries in S.F.No.11/3A1B1, measuring an extent of 0.49.60 hectares situated at South Ilanthaikulam, Kayathar Taluk, Thoothukudi District, and however, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition.

2. Mr.M.Sarangan, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the land would be measured within a reasonable time.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is 2/4

disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to measure the land and fix the boundaries within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
