The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the respondent Nos.5 and 6, based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2023.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that based on the complaint, the official respondents conducted an investigation and it is found that the allegations stated by the petitioner were incorrect. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition stands closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 19.06.2023, if so advised. No Costs.
