This petition has been filed to produce the person or body of the petitioner's daughter namely Anitha Ruby, W/o.Prabhu Arockiaraj (aged 28 years) and minor granddaughter namely Haniska Rishi, D/o.Prabhu Arockiaraj (aged 7 years) set to them at liberty.

3. It is seen that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent secured the victim namely the daughter of the petitioner Anitha Ruby. Thereafter, her statement recorded and she stated that she was never kidnapped and tortured by anybody.
