[Judgment of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This Writ Appeal has been filed challenging the order of the Single Judge passed in W.P(MD)No.673 of 2018, dated 11.01.2018.
2. The learned Single Judge finding that the writ petition is not maintainable and has dismissed the writ petition. Challenging the same, the appellant has filed the present writ appeal.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the domestic enquiry had been completed and the appellant has also been dismissed from service and hence, nothing survives in this writ appeal.
4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ appeal is dismissed as nothing survives. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
