O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime No.01/2024 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Thanjavur District as against the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case, petitioner is arrayed as A3. During investigation, further action against A2 and A3 has been dropped by the respondent police and disciplinary action has been initiated only against A1. Hence, the matter has become infructuous.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
