Side) O R D E R This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Cr. No. 335 of 2022 from the file of the third respondent to file of the fourth respondent and consequently direct the fourth respondent to conduct proper investigation in an expeditious manner. 2.The only grievance of the petitioner is that subsequent complaint has been taken into account by the respondent. But the entire complaint has been taken and case has been registered in Crime No.335 of 2022 dated 23.02.2022 under Section 379 of IPC. Only on that ground, a direction was issued to the respondent herein to record the statement of the petitioner under Section 161 Cr.P.C. So far the above said order has not been complied.

3.Let the petitioner appear before the respondent on 08.11.2023. let the above said order be complied by recording the statement of the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law. 2/4

4.Recording the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
