ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to give the petitioner continuous police protection every year to perform the Navarathri Kattalai in Arulmighu Angala Parameswari Amman Temple, Manachanallur, Trichy District.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner did not mention the date of the function and seeking police protection. He would further submit that there are rival parties claiming the right over the said Temple.

W.P(MD)No.18124 of 2021 3.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation on each and every festival to be conducted for performing Navarathri Kattalai in Arulmighu Angala Parameswari Amman Temple, Manachanallur, Trichy District and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and counter parties and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
