Prayer in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9076 of 2021:- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C directing the Second Respondent to Complete the investigation in Cr.No.477 of 2020 dated 27.05.2020 and to file a final Report within the time Stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking punishment upon the contemnor / respondent for his deliberate and willful disobedience of the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9076 of 2021 dated 09.07.2021 by this Court.

2. By the aforesaid order, this Court directed the respondent herein to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. Today (30.11.2021), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation has been completed and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CONT.P(MD)No.1414 of 2021 the final report has already been filed before the concerned Court and the same was taken cognizance as C.C.No.196 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Melur. Since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
