ORDER

The petitioner is working as a Conductor in the respondent Transport Corporation. The petitioner with a grievance that he has not been provided with second salary review after completion of 7 years from 02.05.2020 has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of Mandamus.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, by referring to the written instructions, submits that the petitioner is entitled for the second review and the same would be provided immediately.

3.In view of the above submission, this Court directs the respondents to provide the second salary review from the date on which the petitioner deserves the second review, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
