Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any Order or Direction in the nature of Writ direct the respondent to inspect the shop Nos. 7848, 7849, 7850, 8250, 8257 situated at 24 village Ilathu Pillaimar Building, Sekkilar Street, Sankarankovil Municipality, Tenkasi District by virtue of order in W.P.(MD) No.4339 of 2016, dated 05.10.2018.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to inspect the petitioner's shop Nos. 7848, 7849, 7850, 8250 and 8257 situated at 24, village Ilathu Pillaimar Building, Sekkilar Street, Sankarankovil Municipality, Tenkasi District in terms of order, dated 05.10.2018, in W.P.(MD).No.4339 of 2016. After the order came to be passed by this Court on 05.10.2018, the petitioner has sent two representations on 01.07.2019 and 04.08.2021. These representations have not elicited any response so far.

2. Considering the above, I am inclined to dispose the writ petition by directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
