Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the 1st and 4th Respondents to take appropriate action on Petitioner's Representation dated 03.06.2026 and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to enable the 3rd Respondent to conduct a peace committee Meeting with all concerned parties before the commencement of the temple festival scheduled from 29.06.2026 to 03.07.2026.

ORDER

Seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 4 to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2026 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to enable the 3rd respondent to conduct a peace committee meeting before the commencement of the Temple Festival scheduled from 29.06.2026 to 03.07.2026, this writ petition is filed.

2. Notice to the respondents 6 and 7 is dispensed with.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the same would be conducted.

4. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. The 4th respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents and conduct the peace committee meeting on or before 25.06.2026 and facilitate the conduct of the temple festival without hindrance.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. 19.06.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Sml Note: Issue order copy on 22.06.2026.
