ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and after dispensing with the notice on the respondents, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed.

2. It appears that the petitioner was serving as a Lead Agency-Business Partner in the office of the respondents 2 and 3. The petitioner was issued with a Show Cause Notice on 22.02.2025, wherein the petitioner was called upon to show cause as to why the petitioner should not be removed from service.

3. In response to the aforesaid Show Cause Notice, the petitioner has also replied, which is culminated in an order, dated 05.03.2025 of the second respondent.

4. The petitioner has, thereafter, filed an appeal before the second respondent in terms of the Regulation 15 of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Appointment of Insurance Agents) Regulations, 2016.

5. Since as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission by directing the second respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner under the aforesaid provisions and dispose of the same, after following the principles of natural justice within stipulated time mentioned in the aforesaid Regulations.
