ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take action against the respondents 6 to 15 and their community peoples. 2.Though the petitioner sought for the larger relief, now the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner restricted his prayer to consider the representation, dated 30.09.2021 before the second respondent.

3.In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 6 to 15 and conduct enquiry, after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
