This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P No.677 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari, dated 20.09.2021 and direct the respondent Police to hand over the vehicle (Honda Activa -TN 55 BF 9201) to the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that already the vehicle has been confiscated by order, dated 09.11.2021. Therefore, the petition for return of property cannot be considered.

3. Therefore, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the confiscation order in the manner known to law.
