ORDER

Heard Mr.R.Maheswaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.R.Janarthanam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner dated 20.01.14 challenging the order of the second respondent dated 01.11.13.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if the revision of the petitioner, dated 20.01.2014, is directed to be disposed of by the first respondent within a stipulated time.

4.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the revision of the petitioner, dated 20.01.2014 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
