For Respondent : M/s.P.Kottai Chamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in WLOR No.3 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 2, 21(d), (h), 54, 60 and 61 of Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 and Sections 2, 9, 27, 31, 32, 35, 37, 50, 51 (1c) (1d) of wild Life Protection Act, 1972 , WLOR.No.3 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that this Court by earlier order dated 21.10.2021 directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police for investigation. However, the petitioners have been arrested in connection with Crime No.245 of 2021 and remanded to judicial custody.
