Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AYYANAR PREM KUMAR.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.B.NAMBI SELVAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3388 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD)No.186 of 2021, dated 15.03.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the order of this Court till now. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3388 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD)No.186 of 2021, dated 15.03.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9697 of 2022 shall appear before the trial Court once in a month i.e., on first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
