ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to measure Survey Nos.79/1G1 and 79/1G2 and identity the boundaries of petitioner's house plot Nos.6, 7, 8 and 9 comprised in S.No.79/1G2, Thanakkankulam, Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai, and issue separate patta based on the online applications dated 27.10.2022, 25.02.2023 and 03.07.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that it is not possible to survey the subject land because of double layout and hence, the first respondent may be directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders on the petitioner's representation. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. It is needless to state that the first respondent shall afford an opportunity by way of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the second respondents before passing final orders.
