Heard Mr.K.Krishna, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Anandharaj, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for transfer to the vacant positions either at Vadamadurai Block or Natham Block or Palani Block at Dindigul District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated

09.03.2016, is directed to be disposed of by the respondent within a stipulated time.

4.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.03.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
