ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order in CEP No.7/2022-2023 dated 30.06.2022 passed by the second respondent and 1/4

consequential impugned order dated 06.07.2022 in CEP No.7/2022-23, wherein the petitioner's immovable property specified in the schedule therein was conditionally attached under Section 167 of the TNCS Act, 1983.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that upon enquiry, it was found that the petitioner was not involved in the allegation and thereafter, vide communication dated 25.09.2023, the petitioner's property was released. She has also produced a communication dated 25.09.2023 before this Court.
