In both petitions For Petitioners : Mr.J.Anandkumar For Respondents : Mrs.S.Jeya Priya Government Advocate COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed challenging the impugned order in CEP Nos.3 and 4/2022-2023 dated 30.06.2022 passed by the second respondent and consequential impugned order dated 06.07.2022 in CEP Nos.3 and 4/2022-23, wherein the petitioners' property was attached.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that surcharge proceedings have 2/4
subsequently been passed under Section 87 of the Tamilnadu Cooperative Societies Act, on 30.11.2022.
3. Recording the same, these Writ Petitions are disposed of with liberty to the pettioners to challenge the surcharge proceedings order in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
