PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records of the summon, dated 04.07.2023, issued by the 2nd respondent on the petitioner in C.No.G5/4851879/1560/2023 and Quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of the summon, dated 04.07.2023, issued by the 2nd respondent on the petitioner in C.No.G5/4851879/1560/2023 and Quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Vijayan against the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.262 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared. In the complaint also, he has given a statement that he will workout his remedy through revenue officials and also the District Registrar. On the basis of the above said statement, further action was dropped.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration or 2/4

direction in this matter. Hence, this matter has become infructuous.

4. With the above said, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
