order, dated 16.04.2025, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22950 of 2024. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22950 of 2024 dated 16.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22950 of 2024 dated 16.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report the second respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
