ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to revoke the order of suspension on par with the revocation order that has been passed by the first respondent in the case of 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.790/2015/Tho.va dated 11.06.2015 by his considering his representation dated 02.12.2015 forthwith.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.T.R.Janarthanam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
3.According to the petitioner, originally, he was employed as salesman in Sirupatti Vaigai Co-operative Stores on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
daily wage basis and subsequently, his services were regularized on 12.03.2001. It is submitted that on the very same allegation, the second respondent was suspended on 31.03.2015 and on conclusion of the same, the first respondent revoked the order of suspension with minor punishment. Based on the said order, the petitioner is seeking very same relief.
4.Learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that after the charge memo was issued, explanation was also given by the petitioner and the enquiry is in progress and the suspension of the co-delinquent was revoked since he is due to retire.
5.In view of the above, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)No.4691 of 2016 is closed.
