This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to issue No Objection Certificate and pursuant to the same further directions may be issued to the first respondent to grant Trade License in favour of the petitioner to run the business of Massage SPA in the name and style of "South Spa" at B.K.R.Resorts and Hotels Pvt Ltd., 153/10, Five Malls Main Road, Courtallam, Tenkasi District, by considering the petitioner's application dated 12.07.2025 within the time frame fixed by this Court. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the petitioner's application has been rejected by an order dated 03.11.2025. 2/4
