*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment and cancellation of patta in Survey No.977, 977/1A, 977/1B, 977/1C, 977/1D, 977/1E at S.Ramachandrapuram post, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Viruthunagar District. The writ petitioner has given a representation, dated 13.02.2016 in this regard. The third respondent is directed to pass orders on the writ petitioner's representation after following the statutory procedure and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
