Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.8379 & 8382 of 2021 Petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal side) for the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.5382 & 9508 of 2021, dated 23.04.2021 & 28.07.2021 respectively.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 25.07.2021, without fail.

3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police. 4.Since the petitioners are complying with the condition without fail, the condition is fully relaxed. 5.These petitions are ordered accordingly.
