Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is reported by both sides counsel that the entire subject matter of this Appeal Suit has been settled between the parties and they have also filed a Joint Compromise Memo, dated 07.12.2020 to that effect and thereby, they are not pressing this appeal suit.
