No.2 of 2022 in O.S. No.72 of 2022.

Order: This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "For Extension of Time"and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and the requisition letter of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial 1/4

Magistrate No.1, Srivilliputtur in D.No.274/2025 dated 18.06.2025, forwarded by the Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur in D.No. 5630/2025 dated 01.07.2025, requesting further time to dispose of the suit in O.S. No.72 of 2022, this Court made the following Order:

This Court, by Order dated 11.09.2023, directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.72 of 2022 within a period of one year from thee date of receipt of copy of this order.

2. Thereafter, heeding to the request of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate -I, Srivilliputtur, vide letter No.Nil dated 19.10.2024 for extension of time for the disposal of the suit, this Court by order dated 27.11.2024 granted further four months' time from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. Now, the learned District Munsif, once again addressed a letter dated 18.06.2025, whereby and whereunder statating some reasons, she requested further three months time to comply with the orders dated 11.09.2023 and 27.11.2024 made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the orders dated 11.09.2023 and the subsequent order dated 27.11.2024.
