ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C has been initiated against this petitioner and notice was also issued.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent has no right to initiate such action without any proper materials and that cannot be considered at this stage. 4.Since proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C has been initiated against the petitioner and the petitioner also received https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15151 of 2021 notice, he can either challenge or face the enquiry. Question of harassment does not arise.
5.With the above observation and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
