ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(d) imposed in Crl.OP (MD).No.9243 of 2025 dated 26.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had filed an bail petition before this Court on 02.06.2025 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.9243 of 2025. The said bail petition was heard and on 26.06.2025, this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. In the said bail order, Condition No.6(d) as follows:

''(d). The petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders. ''

3. He further submits that the petitioner is a coolie worker/daily wager and he is the only bread winner of his family, he is find it very difficult to comply the said condition imposed on him. The petitioner seek indulgence of this court by modifying the said condition imposed against him. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has not complied the said condition even for a single day. However, he has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to modify the Condition No.6(d) in the order made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9243 of 2025 dated 26.06.2025. Accordingly, Condition No.6(d) is modified as ''(d). The petitioner shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Sellur Police Station, daily at 10.00.a.m. until further orders.'' . The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

6. With the above said modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
