ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.415 of 2020 dated 09.06.2020 and to file the Final Report within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.415 of 2020, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 448, 427 & 506(ii) IPC. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of 1 year, no progress has been made and final report has not yet been filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far 8 witnesses have been examined so far and final report will be filed shortly.

4.Considering the nature of the offence, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
