This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.644 of 2021 in C.C No.244 of 2009 dated 10.05.2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Trichy.

2. The petitioner is an accused. Therefore, there is absolutely no prejudice to be caused to the petitioner for nonimplicating the other persons as accused. If the petitioner really had grievance by non-implicating the proposed accused, he can very well examine the proposed accused during his defence witness.

Crl.R.C.(MD) No.859 of 2021 illegality in the order passed by the Court below. This Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
